Acceptation of papers
The Revue only publishes the works whose at least one of the authors has been a regular suscriber for at least two years. The first author must be a suscriber. Manuscripts are taken in account only if the author has payed his yearly subscription. Manuscripts are submitted to a lecture commitee.
Papers incomplete, badly presented, or not in accordance with the editing line of NRE  will be refused.
Papers should not contain any controversial statement, potentialy able to trouble the good relations NRE wishes to keep between authors.

Papers
The first issue of every yearly volume includes detailed recommandations to authors. Papers should be mailed to the revue (address below) in two exemplars. Papers may be written in French, German, English, Spanish, Portugese or Italian. Papers will be typed in double spacing, and their length should not exceed, except by special permission of editing board, 20 pages. Text of the papers will be sent to the editing board by email . Save formats should be one of most commonly used version of word processors. 

Illustrations
Black and white drawings should be originals or JPEG format, figures being grouped in plates, the maximum plate format being 210 x 300 mm.Tables should be presented separately and grouped at the end of the paper. B&W photographs are welcome. Colour photographs mean heavy printing fees which have to be taken in charge by authors.
Authors have a fortnight delay to send back corrected proofs to the editing comitty. When the delay is over, editing comitty have permission to make itself the corrections. In case of excessive corrections the cost may be charged to the author.

Separata
Authors receive 30 reprints free of charge. More exemplars, by multiple of 25, will be served and charged directly by the printer. They must be ordered when sending back the proofs.

Scientific notes
NRE also publishes short notes, which should not exceed two pages, without abract nor references, the topics of which being of  same as those of the papers. Opinions, of whatever nature, found in the papers published by Nouvelle Revue d'Entomologie express solely the point of vue of their authors.
